Your grades will first be posted on the student portal at your home academic institution. When you have received the notice of authorization for studies at another academic institution, they will also be posted on HEC en ligne.
It may take several weeks for your grades to be forwarded from your home academic institution.
For one of your Fall term 2020 courses only, or two of your MBA or preparatory year courses worth a total of 3 credits, you can ask to change the letter grade scale to the ES for exigence satisfaite (“requirements met”) or E for échec (“fail”) option. Please take note of the following:

Can I request to change a course grading scale before Fall term 2020?
No, this accommodation is only for courses taken Fall term 2020 and Winter term 2021.
If I failed a course in Fall term 2020, can I ask to change this failing grade to an ES (exigences satisfaites, meaning "requirements met") so that I pass the course?
No, but you can ask for one failing grade obtained in Fall term 2020 to be excluded from your GPA. If you are in the MBA program, this can be two failing grades that total three (3) credits.
This cannot be applied to a course for which you have received a failing grade in penalty for a breach of the Regulation Regarding the Intellectual Integrity of Students.
Can I request to change the grading scale to an ES (exigences satisfaites, meaning "requirements met") for a Fall term 2020 course and for another course taken in Winter term 2021?
Yes, this accommodation can be applied to Fall term 2020 and Winter term 2021.
Does this accommodation apply to courses taken at another school?
Yes, but this accommodation can only be applied to one of your courses, or two (for a total of three credits) if you are in the MBA program.
Can I request a grade review for a course taken in Fall term 2020 before requesting to change grading scales for this same course?
If you request a grade review for a course, you will not be able change grading scales for this same course.
Will I see an ES or E on my transcripts if I opt for the ES/E grading scale?
Yes, and this grade will not be calculated into your GPA.
For evaluations other than a final exam, the teacher of the course in question shall be responsible for drawing up and communicating the procedure for consultation and feedback regarding evaluations.
In the case of a final exam, you must submit a request for consultation of an examination before the deadline listed on the academic calendar. The Registrar’s Office will contact you shortly in response to your request. Keep in mind that evaluation questions and answers cannot be disclosed.
Contact the teacher directly within fifteen days maximum of submission of the grade.
If, upon consulting your exam, you notice a problem with the corrections, you can request the grade be reviewed before the deadline listed on the academic calendar. To do this:
