2023 research and teaching awards

HEC Montréal rewarded its faculty for their excellence at this year’s Research and Teaching Awards ceremony, on November 29, 2023.

 

AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE

Thirteen prizes were awarded this year, including the Jean-Marie Toulouse Engagement Award to Gilbert Babin and the Pierre Laurin Award for Research Excellence to Sylvain Sénécal.

It should be noted that the Jean Guertin Award for Teaching Excellence was not handed out this year.

Best business case award

For the outstanding quality of a case published in the International Journal of Case Studies in Management.

For the remarkable contribution made by a professor to HEC Montréal’s renown, through his or her activities and achievements in the academic, professional, and public spheres over the past 5 years.
