More than 20 members of the HEC Montréal community are featured in a ranking that considers the international influence of scientists across all fields.
The ranking was compiled by a research team from Stanford University and the Dutch publisher Elsevier.

It is worth noting that, once again this year, Gilbert Laporte and Danny Miller are ranked in the global top 10 of their respective fields (operational research and management).
The base sample used for this ranking consisted of more than 8 million authors worldwide, across 20 disciplines and 174 sub-sectors, from both academia and the private sector. The final ranking included just over 230,000 scientists, representing the top 2% most influential in their research fields.
