Family business research productivity ranking

HEC Montréal stands out in a ranking that focuses on family business research productivity, thanks to two members of its faculty and research staff. Professor Isabelle Le Breton-Miller and researcher Danny Miller hold 8th place and 3rd place respectively.
Published annually, the ranking compiled by Texas State University provides an insight into the scholars and academic institutions at the forefront of family business research.
Ranking methodology
The family business research productivity ranking is based on the collective number of articles published during the most recent five-year period (2018 to 2022) in the top three academic journals dedicated to family business research, namely:
- Family Business Review
- Journal of Family Business Strategy
- Journal of Family Business Management
