The process will go more smoothly if you answer a set of basic questions about the event.

  • What is the exact date of the event?
  • What time does the event start and end?
  • What is the name and subject of the activity?
  • Who is the target audience and how many people will attend?
  • What kind of room do you need? One or more classrooms? One or more rooms for activities or events?
  • What sort of layout do you need?
    • School style (chairs + tables)
    • Theatre style (chairs only)
    • Round tables (10 people per table)
  • Will lunch be served, and will there be a food order?
  • Will there be one or more breaks and food orders?
  • Will there be a networking cocktail event?
  • Who will be invited to speak? Will well-known public figures attend?
