The process will go more smoothly if you answer a set of basic questions about the event.
- What is the exact date of the event?
 - What time does the event start and end?
 - What is the name and subject of the activity?
 - Who is the target audience and how many people will attend?
 - What kind of room do you need? One or more classrooms? One or more rooms for activities or events?
 - What sort of layout do you need?
- School style (chairs + tables)
 - Theatre style (chairs only)
 - Round tables (10 people per table)
 
 - Will lunch be served, and will there be a food order?
 - Will there be one or more breaks and food orders?
 - Will there be a networking cocktail event?
 - Who will be invited to speak? Will well-known public figures attend?
