Eligibility Criteria

Educated anywhere in Canada

Hold an undergraduate degree (at least 90 credits), with a GPA of at least 2.7 out of 4.3, or the GPA required by the original university for admission to a graduate program, if the latter is higher.

Preference will be given to applicants whose degrees are in any of the following fields: psychology, industrial design, marketing, management and strategy, information technology, business intelligence and statistics.

Educated abroad, under the French system

Hold a general license or bachelor diploma accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education from a three-year university-level program (180 ECTS) with at least a 12 out of 20 average for all university studies.

Note that RNCP-labeled titles, the University Bachelor of Technology (BUT), as well as the baccalaureate and bachelor's degree including a technological diploma (BTS or DUT) are not eligible.

Preference will be given to applicants whose degrees are in any of the following fields: psychology, industrial design, marketing, management and strategy, information technology, business intelligence and statistics.

Educated abroad, not under the French system

Hold a State-recognized undergraduate degree after three years of university studies (180 ECTS), with an average of 12 out of 20 or a comparable average, depending on the country’s grading system.

Note that a baccalaureate or bachelor's degree including a technological diploma (BTS, DTS or DUT) is not eligible.

Preference will be given to applicants whose degrees are in any of the following fields: psychology, industrial design, marketing, management and strategy, information technology, business intelligence and statistics.

Language requirements

Have intermediate-advanced proficiency in English when applying.

If you have an intermediate-advanced level proficiency, you will have to take the course Business English – Advanced from your first year of studies.

 
Note that the labour market in Quebec generally requires a good knowledge of French. If you do not have the requisite level of proficiency in that language, you are strongly encouraged to take qualifying courses in business French.
