HEC Montréal wins 2nd place overall at the 2023 financial open

HEC Montréal distinguished itself once again at the Financial Open thanks to an excellent performance by its student delegation, which finished 2nd overall this year.
The School's teams earned a place on the podium in 9 of the 11 events in the competition, with the financial accounting team performing flawlessly and finishing first in its category.
The 2023 edition also highlighted the exceptional work done by two members of the HEC Montréal delegation, namely Xu-Li Tang, who received the MVP (Quiz) award, and Camélia Whittick, who received the Volunteer of the Year award.
The Financial Open is the largest inter-university competition in finance and accounting in Canada. This 15th edition took place at the Université du Québec en Outaouais and brought together around 350 students from 10 universities.
