Four students from the School excel in IT competition

A team from HEC Montréal won the 2026 ERPsim North America Competition on March 27, 2026. This team consisted of Christian Cedric Simon, Ethan Hénocque, Yuva-Adel Benselama and Thomas Harfouche.

The four students came in first in the qualifying round, finishing ahead of 26 teams from universities across North America. They subsequently won the final round against the top 12 teams.
Thanks to this brilliant performance, the team has now been invited to participate in the final of the ERPsim International Competition to be held on June 11.
The team’s coach is Théophile Demazure, Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Technologies.
The ERPsim North America Competition is a business management competition using the SAP S/4HANA ERP software package. It is a live, virtual event. It is organized by HEC Montréal’s ERPsim Lab.
