If you are pursuing a BBA or a BMgt, you must pass an exit test at some point during your studies, depending on the language of your studies or selected program.
The School gives two types of exit tests: HECFRAN first-language test and the HECTOPE and ELENHEC second-language tests. These tests evaluate proficiency in business French and a working knowledge of business English and business Spanish. Important note: You may only take each of these tests once.
As of fall 2019, the HECFRAN test replaces both parts of the Orthogram test. If you have already passed one of the two parts of the Orthogram test, you must pass the HECFRAN test to meet the language requirements for your program. If you have already passed both parts of the Orthogram test, you have met the language requirements.
