Réal Jacob appointed Vice-Chairman of the FRQSC

Honorary Professor Réal Jacob has been appointed to the Board of the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Société et Culture (FRQSC) as its Vice-Chairman. Réal Jacob, who has been a member of this board since 2016, was promoted to the position of Vice-Chairman in June 2020, for a 2-year term.
The FRQSC is the leading university research fund in Quebec for the promotion and financial support of research and for training the next generation in social sciences and humanities, as well as in arts and literature. Its Board of Directors is chaired by Quebec’s Chief Scientist, Rémi Quirion.
Réal Jacob is currently director of the Ascension Program for Aspiring Executives in Executive Education, HEC Montréal. He is also a member of the Pôle santé and the Mosaic hub.
