Tools for Self-Care
The purpose of Wellness Week is to raise awareness within the HEC Montréal community about how important it is to take care of ourselves, particularly our mental health. It is part of a larger movement that emphasizes health as a success factor for students and staff alike.
We all know self-care is important, but sometimes it’s hard to get started! Our university provides a number of health and wellness activities and resources, and we hope to showcase them so you can use them all year long.
Wellness Week is offered to you by a variety of parties, including Student Services, Human Resources, and the student community. Check out the activities schedule and do something positive for your health!
Note that some activities are for everyone in the HEC Montréal community, but others are reserved for staff only.

Self-care Fair Take a tour of the booths to see all the self-care options available on campus throughout the year. Animal therapy, chair massage, free self-care products, and other surprises await you on this special day. |

Cardio Plein Air Get some fresh air with this outdoor activity led by coaches from Cardio Plein Air. |
Mindfulness meditation Connect with the present moment at a mindfulness meditation class. Activity offered on line. |
