Graphic Design Studio – Event support

The Graphic Design Studio meets needs in visual, print, and digital communications.

  • Posters, banners, and signs
  • Paper and digital brochures

  • Social media visuals

These services are not provided for student events or events put on by external organizations.


To prepare your requests

If needed, you can draw inspiration from the Graphic Design Studio’s brief document. The main headings will help you clearly define your needs. You can send the brief to the Graphic Design Studio at a later date. This document is available on the HEC Montréal brand downloads page (French only).


How to request services

  • Please send us your requests at least 10 business days before the desired delivery date.
  • Explain your needs in as much detail as possible in the Graphic Design Studio section of the Events portal – Demandes de services – Jira.

A service ticket will be created to inform the Graphic Design Studio of your request. We will contact you if needed for further information or to request a brief.
