Audiovisual – Event support

The Audiovisual Department provides several types of support, depending on the nature of the activity:

  • Technical assistance and sound (Banque Nationale amphitheatre and Lévis amphitheatre)
  • Audiovisual or computer equipment rentals and loans for the event
  • Event technical support (e.g., advice, video captioning, sound, hybrid meetings)
  • Videoconference and communication (Zoom, Teams, webinars)
  • Event webcasting

If you plan to have someone make a speech, make sure to reserve one or more lecterns when you make a room layout request.

How to request services

In the Audiovisual section of the Events portal - Demandes de services – Jira

  • Enter the structured field combination (called CCS, for combinaison de champs de structure) covering the project fees.
  • Indicate the name of the entity making the order (department, service, unit, or student group)
  • Detail your needs.

A service ticket will be created to inform the Audiovisual Department of your request. We will contact you as needed for specific information regarding this request.
