SEPTEMBER 16TH AND 17TH, 2025

FINvest 2025, the leading recruitment and networking event in the finance industry, is aimed at companies looking to fill positions and/or internships in market finance, corporate finance, wealth management, quantitative finance or any other related field over the course of the year.

It will enable participating companies to meet with a targeted pool of students who have distinguished themselves through the excellence of their academic, professional and extracurricular careers.

Côte-Sainte-Catherine campus, HEC Montréal,

Schedule:

  • Tuesday, September 16, from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM
  • Wednesday, September 17, from 12:00 PM to 3:30PM

Each day will follow the schedule below

12:00 – 12:30 p.m. – Arrival and setup

  • Installation of your promotional materials (e.g., banner stand)
  • Technical tests (PowerPoint, video, audio, etc.)

12:30 – 1:30 p.m. – Employer pitch

  • Up to 6 companies per day will present their organization in front of an auditorium of students interested in finance careers
  • Each company has 8 minutes to present, followed by a 2-minute transition
  • PowerPoint allowed (maximum 4 slides)
  • We encourage you to highlight your employer brand, organizational culture, and internship or job opportunities (title, requirements, timeline, recruitment process) in a dynamic and engaging manner

1:30 – 3:30 p.m. – Networking

  • Informal space to connect with the students who attended the presentations
  • Up to 3 company representatives (recruiter, manager, HEC Montréal graduate or intern)
