The Secretary General is responsible for secretariat services for the School’s administration and for the related committees and subcommittees. He oversees legal affairs and compliance with the legislation governing the School. The Secretary General handles the management, dissemination and conservation of the School’s official and constituting documents. He keeps the HEC Montréal seal.
He also acts as the School’s ambassador to various communities. He is the Secretary of the HEC Montréal Board of Directors and a member of the Board of the HEC Montréal Foundation. He chairs the Classification Committee.
The Secretary General is also responsible for the International Activities Office and the following units: Legal Affairs and Committee Secretariat Services, Alumni HEC Montréal, Student Services, Career Management Services and Document Management and Archives.
He deals with requests for accommodation.
