Act immediately

If a person’s life is in danger

(Cardiac arrest, loss of consciousness, breathing difficulty, serious injury, etc.)

1. Call 911 immediately.

2. Contact Security Service:

If a person’s life is not in danger

(Mild discomfort, minor injury, disoriented state, etc.)

While waiting for help

Before intervening

  • Make sure that the surroundings are safe before getting close to the person.
  • Do not move the person except if the premises are unsafe.

Waiting for help

  • Reassure the person.
  • Stay with them until help arrives.
  • Perform first aid only if you have received any first-aid training.

When help arrives

Follow the instructions of the security officers, emergency and first-aid team members, or first responders and paramedics upon their arrival.
