When you hear a fire alarm or receive an evacuation instruction
1- Stop what you are doing in a safe manner;
2- Close the doors as you leave the premises;
3- Leave the building through the nearest emergency exit. Do not use the elevators;
4- Keep right in the hallways and stairs to allow response teams to move in the other direction;
5- Listen to safety instructions;
6- Move away from the building and go the designated assembly point:

7- Re-enter the building only after being authorized to do so.
Security Service staff and members of the emergency and first aid team are there to ensure that the evacuation runs smoothly. Follow their instructions and remain calm.
To prepare for an evacuation situation
- Become familiar with two staircases or two evacuation routes near your activities;
- Know the location of the nearest manual fire alarm;
- Know the location of the nearest portable fire extinguisher;
- Become familiar with the evacuation plans available on each floor.
Special instructions for mobility impaired persons
In addition to general evacuation instructions, please follow the below steps:
- Ask someone to help you to the nearest exit;
- Ask another person to notify Security Service of the location where you are waiting for help;
- Do not use the elevators;
- Wait for help with your companion in the stairwell, which serves a protected space thanks to its firewalls.
Security Service will be informed of your presence. Rescue services will avoid moving you unnecessarily and will take appropriate measures to ensure your safety at all times.
