If you get stuck in a malfunctioning elevator:

1. Use the emergency intercom or your cell phone to notify Security Service of the situation;
2. Remain calm. Elevators are protected against falls and are ventilated;
3. Wait for instructions from Security Service;
4. Cooperate with emergency services and Security Service staff for the evacuation of the cabin.

If you notice a malfunction:

Notify Security Service of any elevator malfunction or any unusual sound.
