In a situation where you receive a bomb threat

1- Remain calm;
2- Never end the telephone call yourself. Write down the phone number on the call display, if available;
3- Listen carefully to your caller, never interrupt them and remain courteous;
4- Pay close attention to any details that could help you locate or identify the caller. Whenever possible, ask the caller questions and write down the answers with the exact words used by them;
5- Let the caller hang up first;
6- Contact Security Service immediately to notify them of the situation and relay all relevant information:
