July 14, 2025
Dominique Anglade, Adjunct Professor, Co-leader of the Sustainable Transition Office (STO), and Associate Director — IDEOS Hub, has distinguished herself once again in the public sphere. She recently received 2 honours that highlight the scope of her commitment and leadership.
Canada’s Top 50 Women over 50
First, she is ranked among the 50 most influential women in Canada according to a list published in The CEO Magazine (Canada’s Top 50 Women Over 50).
The finalists in this list have each shared a brief testimony in the form of advice for women from younger generations:
“Don’t postpone your dreams. Don’t wait until you’re 40, 50 or 60 to say no, to speak up or to claim your place. Choose the projects that light you up and reflect who you are. Dare to take space, to lead differently, and most importantly, to make your voice heard. Leadership isn’t about perfection, it’s about the real impact you create around you.”
Two HEC Montréal graduates are also included in the list:
- France Margaret Bélanger, President, Sports and Entertainment, Groupe CH (EMBA 2013); and
- Caroline Codsi, Founder and CEO, Women in Governance (1994 certificate).
The list also includes Tima Bansal, a professor at Ivey Business School and recipient of an honorary doctorate jointly awarded by HEC Montréal and the Université de Montréal in 2022.
