HEC Montréal among the most prolific worldwide in IT research

The professors in HEC Montréal’s Department of Information Technologies (IT) have consistently achieved remarkable success in research over the past five years (2018-2022).

According to the ranking established by the Association for Information Systems (AIS), they have ranked 2nd in Canada, 11th in the world outside the United States, and 33rd in the world including the United States. These results have remained consistently strong for over a decade, and have been calculated based on the number of publications from this department in eight top journals in the field:
