The School’s MBA is once again acclaimed internationally
59th in the world, according to Expansión

The HEC Montréal MBA has once again been recognized as one of the best in the world, this time in the annual international ranking by the Mexican news magazine Expansión. The School moved up by 3 places in the ranking from last year, to stand at 59th. HEC Montréal is the only university institution in Quebec and only one of two Canadian ones to appear there.
The Expansión ranking is based on a series of criteria.
- Students’ GMAT average (20%)
- Quality of teaching staff (20%)
- Research production (5%)
- Alumni career progress (25%)
- Student multiculturalism and diversity (10%)
- Opinions of readers, professors and alumni (20%)
The HEC Montréal MBA appears in several other international rankings every year, including Forbes, Bloomberg Businessweek, AméricaEconomía and Poets & Quants.
