Johanne Turbide named a Fellow of the Ordre des CPA du Québec

Professor Johanne Turbide has received the prestigious title of Fellow of the Ordre des CPA du Québec (FCPA). She will be officially honoured at a gala evening saluting the new CPA Fellows in spring 2019.
As such, she joins a group of 655 individuals selected from the 39,000 Order members, recognized for their outstanding dedication or accomplishments, and whose achievements bring honour to the profession.
Professor Turbide was recently appointed Secretary General of HEC Montréal, effective March 1, 2019.
She holds a PhD in Industrial and Business Studies from the University of Warwick (England) and an MSc in Management from HEC Montréal.
She has been a professor in the HEC Montréal Department of Accounting Studies for close to 30 years, and is also the Director of the Sustainable Campus and Co-Director of the IDEOS hub.
