The Accélérateur Banque Nationale – HEC Montréal welcomes eight new companies

Eight companies founded by HEC Montréal, Polytechnique Montréal and Université de Montréal graduates and students have been selected to take part in the Institute for Entrepreneurship National Bank | HEC Montréal’s acceleration program.

The companies in the 2015 cohort are:

As part of this 12-week program, the selected companies will be given access to extensive resources and will take part in workshops on different aspects of starting up and growing a business.

All in all, over 40 professors, entrepreneurs and experts will be assisting the selected companies in design thinking, corporate strategy, business networking, marketing and communication, electronic commerce, financing and financial modelling.

The entrepreneurs will receive support in accounting and taxation from EY, in developing a brand image from Agent Illustrateur, in financial planning from experts at the National Bank, and legal coaching from Fasken Martineau, as well as access to a business network and financing opportunities. In addition, by virtue of being selected for this program, the companies are automatically eligible for loans from Futurpreneur Canada.
