In today's constantly evolving business environment, the role of procurement managers goes far beyond simply processing orders. This course allows you to explore the strategic dimensions of procurement, equipping you to make decisions that support the organization's overall objectives while minimizing supply risks.
In a world marked by complexity, globalization, uncertainty, and rapid innovation, the challenges of the 21st century require a strategic approach to supply management. This course provides tools to develop and structure this strategic thinking, notably through purchasing portfolio models, category management, supply risk assessment, supplier relationship management, and total cost of ownership, with the goal of delivering the best procurement solutions to internal clients (requesters).

Learning is based on an active pedagogy that includes reading scientific and professional articles, analyzing real-world cases, and attending presentations by guest practitioners sharing their field experience.
