COVID 19 – Student cards are not required for the current term.
However, you are strongly advised to obtain one so you can easily identify yourself if you attend activities or need to move around a School building. See the Fall term section to learn how to obtain one.
Renewal: You do not need to request a sticker from Zone info.
Your student card is actually two cards in one. One side is your HEC Montréal student ID and the other is your Coop HEC Montréal card. However, you’re under no obligation to become a Coop HEC Montréal member.
To obtain your student ID card, to renew it, or to change your program, you must have on hand a piece of valid photo ID, as well as your student number.
Come to the COOP bookstore in the CSC building starting August 24, 2020, Monday through Friday, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Due to public health directives, you may have to wait when you arrive at the store. Note that your card can be issued at any point during the term. You do not need to obtain one in the first week if you do not have activities planned on campus at the beginning of the school year.
Suspended for the moment.
Student cards are the property of HEC Montréal. They must be returned upon request.
Some of the ways you will use your card will be to:
• participate in certain HEC Montréal activities
• access the CEPSUM (the Université de Montréal sports complex)
• identify yourself to a security officer or any other official representative.
If you lose your card, you will have to pay $10 for a new one.
