Elevator malfunction

In case of elevator malfunction:

  1. Press the emergency button to be connected with Security Service.
  2. Remain calm: elevators are protected against falls and are naturally ventilated.
  3. Do not try to force the doors open or attempt any action on your own.
  4. Get out of the cabin only once you have been authorized to do so.

NB. Notify a security agent of any elevator malfunction or any unusual sound.
