Your tuition fee invoice will be posted in HEC en ligne about two weeks before courses begin.
Additional fees will be charged for not respecting a deadline: $25 plus 3% of the outstanding balance by term. Students whose accounts are not settled on or before the tuition fee payment deadline will have limited access to HEC en ligne.
You will still be responsible for any fees relating to courses in your file that were not cancelled by the deadlines specified in the academic calendar. Failure to show up for classes or pay the fees does not constitute a notice of cancellation.
You can check whether we have received your tuition fees payment by going to HEC en ligne > Tuition fees > Invoices.
BBA, MBA and PhD: There will not be an invoice for the $350 deposit you must pay on admission. Once you have paid this amount, a credit of “-$350” will appear in your HEC en ligne account and will be deducted from your tuition fees invoice for your first term.
If you have a credit balance, you can request a refund by writing to us.
Make sure to update your mailing address in HEC en ligne.
