December 20, 2021

The Université de Montréal and its affiliated schools reached 47th place this year in the list of the world’s best universities, according to the Global Employability University Ranking and Survey (GEURS).

“The ranking shows rapid global diversification of top universities and countries when measured by employability,” notes the research firm’s website. In total, 250 universities from 44 countries and regions are represented.

Canada is now the 6th-best country for the employability of its university graduates.

Published for the first time in 2010, this comparative study produced by the Emerging Group is currently the 2nd most-used university ranking tool by employers worldwide. Its dashboard can be used to track universities’ ranking results over time.
