INDV 40504A
A capstone intervention project that integrates all program learning through hands-on collaboration with an organization.
The Field Project is a cornerstone of the program, offering students the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to a real-world organizational challenge. Working in teams, participants engage in the full cycle of problem-solving:

Problem Definition & Contextualization - framing a clearly identified issue within its organizational environment.

Knowledge Review - synthesizing relevant theories, research, and best practices.

Work Plan Development - designing a structured plan that includes fieldwork.

Data Collection & Analysis - gathering insights directly from the organization and analyzing them rigorously.

Recommendations & Solutions - formulating actionable strategies tailored to the organization's needs.

Presentation of Findings - delivering conclusions and recommendations in a professional setting.

This project is fundamental to the program, bridging academic concepts with practical realities. It challenges students to demonstrate their ability to collaborate effectively, manage complex projects, and deliver impactful results in a professional context.
