This second workshop in a two-part series enables participants to deepen their self-knowledge and self-awareness to enhance their interaction and management practices in situations including individuals from different and diverse background towards inclusivity.
These two workshops provide an introductory overview of inclusion issues from a managerial perspective. They adopt a dual, interconnected, and interdependent approach:
. Individual perspective: How do I live my own relationship with diversity?
. Managerial perspective: How can my actions as a manager or decision-maker influence the effective management of individuals with diversity markers?
