Consulting Field Project
INDV 56127A
Group project involving the completion of an intensive intervention mandate (between 800 and 1,000 team hours in total) in a business or organization wishing to take advantage of the training received in the MBA program.
While the consultation project has learning goals similar to those of the HEC Challenge, it differs in terms of intensity and the importance and complexity of the mandate. The students choose the members of their team. The team must put itself forward for projects that interest it. In this way, the consultation project provides an experience that is more in line with students' professional interests. Students in the full-time program work on the project on a full-time basis for 5 weeks. For students in the part-time program, the project is spread over a period of 8 weeks.
