Collaborative Team Management and Conflict Resolution 2

This experiential workshop, the second of two, offers a practical approach to developing effective MBA teams that are aligned and capable of regulating their own dynamics. Students will develop skills related to the following areas: interpersonal skills; collaborative management; collective prioritization; time management in a context of interdependence.
The second workshop builds on these lessons by addressing the management of collective tensions. Participants experiment with peer team coaching, identify behaviours that support or hinder effectiveness, and develop a leader-coach mindset to promote shared responsibility and lasting commitment.

Team launch: identity shared values and standards
The 6 conditions for effective teams (Hackman & Wageman)
Emotional norms and psychological safety (Druskat & Wolff)
Regulation of collective tensions: structural relational identity-related
Team coaching: listening feedback support for individual and collective development
