Director, Finance and infrastructure management

The Executive Director, Finance is responsible for developing and implementing a financial strategy, policies and practices to support the School in the pursuit of its mission.
He supervises activities related to budget planning and allocation, and plays an active role in managing the School’s assets.
He sits on the HEC Pension Plan Committee and the pension plan investment subcommittee, as well as on the Investment Committee of the HEC Montréal Foundation.
To carry out this mandate, the Executive Director, Finance co-ordinates, organizes and supervises the activities of the following units:
- Procurement Services
- Budget, Business Intelligence, and Financial Performance Services
- Accounting and Treasury Services
- Security Services
- Investments and Portfolio Management Services
To carry out his mandate, he co-ordinates, organizes and supervises the activities of the Infrastructure Office, which includes the following units:
- Space Planning and Management Services
- Facilities Management
