Director

Federico Pasin

Under the Act respecting the Corporation de l'École des hautes études commerciales de Montréal, the Director is responsible for the general management of the School and sees to its proper operation. 
He chairs the Academic Office and the Executive Committee and is an ex officio member of 

• the School’s Board of Directors,
• the Board of Directors of the HEC Montréal Foundation, and
• the HEC Montréal International Advisory Board.

He ensures that decisions by the School’s authorities are carried out, and signs diplomas and attestations of studies. He represents the School in dealings with the university community, different levels of government and outside organizations.
