Nathalie Fagnan (HEC Montréal 1987) is Héma Québec’s President and CEO since January 2019. Since then, she has been leading the team in its daily mission to save lives. Distinguished by her sustained energy and inexhaustible determination, she has numerous achievements in the fields of organizational transformation, as well as an impressive career.
A chartered professional accountant by training, Nathalie Fagnan began her career with KPMG, before moving on to the Publicis group, the world’s third largest communications group. She also worked for the accounting firm, Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton (RCGT). In 2021, she was named one of Canada’s 100 Most Powerful Women and awarded the National Assembly Medal. In 2022, she received a Mercure Award in the Leadership, exceptional women category.
