A world-renowned expert in human resources management (HRM), he had a 40-year career as a Professor (1969–2009). The first Director of the Department of Human Resources Management (1992–1998), with remarkable teaching skills that helped to educate a whole generation of human resources and industrial relations management professionals in Quebec. He remains involved in executive education and has chaired the School’s Research Ethics Committee since 2012.
