A Professor at the School (1981–2013), and founder and first Director of the Case Centre (1999–2002). The first holder of the Pierre Péladeau Chair in Leadership (2001–2013), he was interested in the influence of managers’ personalities on their management styles and in management behaviours that lead to success or failure. An exceptional communicator, he was also Editor-in-Chief of the Gestion journal (1988–1989 and 1993–1997).
