An HEC Montréal alumnus (1980) and Adjunct Professor in the School’s Department of Management since 2002, he is interested in international management, governance and knowledge transfer in management practices from private companies to community organizations. He sits on several boards of directors, advisory committees and foundation boards. He was President (1989–1993), then President and CEO of Alcan Inc. (1993–2001).
