An HEC Montréal Professor for over 40 years, he has focused on change management and management and consulting skills. He has also been a consultant and trainer in many countries and a coach for executives and managers. In 2016, he published his first book, entitled Le métier de gestionnaire : 9 outils pour évaluer et développer les habiletés.
