An exceptional communicator with a gift for making subject matter accessible, a prolific author and a much sought-after speaker, he is an acknowledged expert in human resources management and talent management. He has been an HEC Montréal Professor since 1981, sharing his passion for the profession with many managers, as he continues to do his utmost to make the School a prime partner for executive education. He directed the HEC Montréal École des dirigeants from 2014 to 2017.
