Founded in 2008, MUCH Marketing Week is five whole days devoted to marketing, organized by Montreal’s four business schools. Its goal is to educate students about the realities of the job market, the importance of a solid network and career possibilities after graduation. More than 400 students and 20 invited sponsors attend every year. Four case competitions are held during the event, each one sponsored by a different company (L’Oréal, Marketel, Procter & Gamble and Xerox this year). Every school fields a team for each case.
The team of Mathilde, Rose, Guillaume and Bertrand took the Marketel advertising case, in which they were to try to win Couche-Tard as a client. They had to put together an integrated communications campaign to convince the jury (four Marketel representatives) that they were the best choice.
