From Research to Action: Launch of Transitions HEC Montréal 

In line with its commitment to sustain and strengthen its role as an agent of change, the School has launched Transitions HEC Montréal, an interdisciplinary hub for research and knowledge transfer that supports all types of organizations and equips them with tools to address the challenges related to sustainable transition.

This hub comprises 12 entities of the School that have joined forces and mobilized their complementary expertise in socio-ecological and energy transition, circular economy, innovation, societal impact and digital transformation driven by artificial intelligence:

Organizations will therefore be able to take advantage of this combined expertise to transform the challenges of transitions into levers for innovation, performance and sustainable impact, through integrated and modular approaches:

• Awareness-raising, training programs and strategic support, including specialized pathways ranging from 6 months to 1 year (energy transition, environmental, social and governance [ESG] strategies, circular economy, responsible digital transformation)
• Supervised student projects (organizational mandates, theses, dissertations or intervention projects carried out within the organization)
• Territorial and collective initiatives, promoting local and cross-sectoral collaborations
