KGP competition: two student teams make the podium!

November 16, 2015

Congratulations to the two teams of HEC Montréal students who made the podium last weekend in the KGP interuniversity case management competition, held at UQAM!

In the undergraduate category, the team of BBA students Charles Desjardins, Véronique Gascon, Muriel Vergara Chemin and Camille Vermette took first place. In the graduate category, MBA students Stéphanie Dumais, Jean-Philippe Michaud, Laleh Seifi and Uva Stojanovic took third place.

The competition, now in its sixth year, brought together 40 teams of 4 students each from across Eastern Canada. The competing teams had to put their knowledge to work to solve a project management case in a one-day intensive simulation. The first round was held in the morning, after which the top teams, as selected by a jury of professionals, went on to the final round. The competition is an initiative of the UQAM association of Master’s in project management students.
