Promoting a culture of giving

Established in 2022, the Women in Philanthropy Committee brings together a group of HEC Montréal alumnae from a variety of backgrounds.

The committee’s mission is to put forward ideas and avenues to be explored with regard to the inclusion, representation and engagement of women, and to increase the number of female donors within the HEC Montréal Foundation community.

The Women in Philanthropy Committee is dedicated to:

Connecting with female volunteers who believe what HEC Montréal stands for: grooming the next generation of world-class business professionals
Making the HEC Montréal Foundation donor ecosystem more representative, inclusive and diverse
Supporting compelling initiatives that reflect the kind of society the committee wants to see, both today and tomorrow.

TO TAKE ACTION

The Women’s Fund HEC Montréal Foundation provides encouragement scholarships to female students at HEC Montréal, as well as to anyone identifying as a woman, facing particular situations such as returning to studies, single parenthood, and other financial challenges.
