The HEC Montréal Foundation issues a tax receipt for any donation of $25 or more. However, this receipt may not be recognized by the tax authorities of the donor's country of residence if the donation is made from a foreign country (outside of Canada or the United States). The HEC Montréal Foundation will soon offer a means for its donors from abroad to obtain the tax benefits of their country of residence.
