Current research

My first field of research is to understand the motivational process underlying the implementation of relational skills. More specifically, the question that guides my work is: what are the organizational and individual factors that motivate employees to implement service strategies that are optimal for their performance and psychological health?

My second area of expertise is the evaluation of human resource management programs. In order to demonstrate added value to senior management, HR professionals must increasingly measure not only HR process indicators, but also indicators demonstrating the effectiveness and impact of these programs. What are these indicators? How are they measured and used? What dictates the choice of professionals? These are some questions that guide my work, research and intervention alike, related to what is called HR analytics.
