The Club des Fondateurs was created in 2020. It is made up of experienced entrepreneurs, leaders and professionals who share similar interests and who wish to do their part to drive the Quebec economy forward by supporting higher education.
The Club des Fondateurs recognizes the contributions of donors whose generosity makes it possible to create a one-of-a-kind learning and research environment that encourages our students to succeed and further strengthens HEC Montréal’s reputation as a world-class business school.
Members of the Club des Fondateurs pledge to give $50,000 or more to HEC Montréal over a 10-year horizon.

The generosity of our donors makes it possible to make a wider range of digital tools available to students, improve our study facilities and enhance library resources.
Donations have a ripple effect that helps spark innovation and foster the transfer of knowledge to real-world applications. They contribute directly to grooming a new generation of experts and in spreading information outside of academic circles.
Regardless of the type of scholarship, these contributions change lives by opening up new academic pathways, fostering advances in research, cultivating entrepreneurship projects and enabling students to take part in international competitions and exchanges.
The Hélène-Desmarais building in the heart of downtown Montreal is a hub of expertise and interaction with the business community. The location makes it easier to connect with executives and professionals, encourages the transfer of knowledge and spurs joint innovation with the School’s partners. This initiative has a positive impact on students, the business community and Quebec society as a whole.
