Description
Analyze of problems and challenges of human resources management and development of skills to evaluate best practices.
This course aims to:
1) Familiarize participants with:
- HR problems and challenges facing firms
- HR practices, notably those that lead to sustainable competitive advantage through people
- The complexity of the employment relationship.
2) Develop skills to:
- Identify and place HR problems in their proper context, as well as to formulate appropriate solutions geared to increase business performance
- Evaluate the effectiveness of various HR practices and the interrelationships among them
