This course focuses on the implementation of strategy and strategic action with a particular focus on sustainability and ESG ("environmental, social and governance" factors). We will address these issues by highlighting their impacts and the associated challenges in the development of a strategic action plan as well as the role of the manager in its implementation.
We will explore how these issues impact the link between the strategy and the organization of the firm and in particular the role of the organization in the implementation of a strategy focusing on sustainability. We will approach these issues from different angles and in different contexts in relation to the challenges of their implementation, particularly for the managers in charge.
